Committee Roles

OFFICE HOLDERS (as per Constitution)
GENERAL Committee Members - these roles will be assigned at the first general committee meeting following the AGM. Possible roles are: child safety officer, coaches coordinator, club registrar, events officer, plus many others. If you would like to join our committee (and we would love to have you) you can nominate by clicking on the button below or click here All positions are declared vacant at the AGM.
If only one nomination is received for a Executive Committee member role, the person will be elected without a ballot. If more than one nomination is received a ballot will be conducted. If more than 8 General Committee Member nominations are received some members will be "non-voting" members (this will be determined at the first meeting after the AGM based on people being assigned to specific roles.)

In addition to the committee, we will from time to time form "purpose built" sub committees to undertake specific tasks, including fund raising sub committees. These sub committees are not part of the committee, but rather work to the committee on an ad hoc basis as required.
