Our Annual General Meeting is coming up, and we’re looking for members who would like to help shape the future of our club.

Whether you’ve been on a committee before or this is your first time, we’d love to have you involved!

Committee Roles

Executive Committee

The following positions are required under the Club Constitution:

• President 

• Vice President

• Secretary

• Treasurer

We are also seeking nominations for General Committee Members. Roles will be allocated following the AGM based on the club’s needs and the skills and interests of committee members. Possible areas include:

• Coaches & Umpires Coordinators

• Registrar

• Communications

• Sponsorship & Fundraising

• Child Safety

• Events

• Equipment & Uniforms

You don't need to nominate for a specific role — just nominate to join the committee and we can find the right fit together.

All committee positions are declared vacant at the AGM. If more than one nomination is received for an executive position, a ballot will be held in accordance with the Club Constitution. If more than eight General Committee nominations are received, some members may be appointed as non-voting members, as determined by the committee following the AGM.
