How to join the
Hope Valley Netball Club
The Hope Valley Netball Club caters for players, coaches and umpires. We participate in the SA Districts Netball Association (SADNA) competition (Ages 7 and up) held at Atlantis Drive, Golden Grove. Training for most teams will be on a Wednesday night (in summer season some teams may be asked to train on Thursday nights - dependent upon the number of teams and court capacity). Training is conducted at our club rooms located at Leeds Avenue, Hope Valley, SA, 5090.
WINTER 2022 REGISTRATIONS
Winter 2022 registrations are now closed. If you missed the boat but would like to be added to our waitlist (and positions do come up quite often) please email use at membership.hopevalleync@gmail.com with your relevant details, such as name, contact number, age, experience and preferred positions. You can also contact us via the Contact Us page.
The season commences the first week of Term 2 - Friday night competition commences 30 April, Monday night competition 2 May and Tuesday night competition 3 May. Further information concerning competition dates can be found here.

"NETSETGO" DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
You can register for the Woolworths NetSetGo skills development program, designed for children between 5 and 7 years old, which is run at the Leeds Ave courts, on Wednesday afternoons from 4.45 - 5.30pm, during Term 2 and Term 4. The NetSetGo program runs for approximately 10 weeks, aligning with the school terms. The aim of these sessions is to prepare players for competition netball, which players can join once they have reached 7 years of age.

SPORTS VOUCHERS
Hope Valley Netball Club participates in the Sports Voucher Program which is a state government initiative to help make organised sport more affordable. The program entitles students (up to and including Year 9), to an annual voucher valued at $100 to help cover the cost of participation. When you register select "I have a Government Voucher" on the final payment screen to claim this voucher. You can find out more about the voucher scheme at www.sportsvouchers.sa.gov.au.

COACHING
All HVNC coaches need a current Working With Children check and must complete the Foundation Coaching Course, which is available as an online resource via Netball SA. If you are interested in volunteering as a coach, please email your details, including information about your level of experience, current accreditation, and the age group you would like to coach to coaching.hopevalleync@gmail.com.
